Farey has drawn her energy from the ancient tension between technical discipline and her own personal yearning to take flight. The project 'Spirit of Air' has been developed by partners at the Gracefield Arts Centre and The City of Edinburgh Council, with funding from the Scottish Arts Council and Dumfriesshire Education Trust.
Nevis Design were appointed as the chosen agency after a pitch process; this included the conception, fabrication and instillation of the exhibition as well as VIP invitations, posters, advertising and brochure work.
